Unique groups per test

Would be nice for groups to be unique per test, not per project.

For example: I cannot create a group in Test1 and then another group with same name in Test2 because I get an error.

I understand that this is the role of a component, but I might want a group with the same 9 steps in a test, but in another test I might need an extra step in there but still name the group the same title since it's serving almost the same purpose.
