Suggestion to add file upload feature to “Contact support” section

I find that when I need to report a problem or bug, it can be difficult to provide detailed information about the issue. I suggest adding a file upload feature to the “Contact support” section of the website (https://bugbug.io/contact/). This would allow users to upload files such as screenshots or videos to better illustrate the issue they are experiencing.
