New step for refreshing current webpage

It would be useful to have a new type of step that simply refreshes the current webpage.

This can be achieved to some extent by “Go to URL” step, but it limits it to a variable/URL instead of whichever the current page is being accessed at that moment/step, so it's not very smooth when dealing with multiple Profiles/Environments.
