Keyboard shortcut for adding assertions

On some web pages, when I click "Add assert" in the BugBug overlay during the recording session, the current element of the page loses focus and hides the page fragment I want to record.

As a possible solution, BugBug could handle a keyboard shortcut to switch assertion mode, which will keep the focus on the current element page and allow the recording of necessary elements.
