Dedicated section to manage "uploaded files"

A section to view all standalone files used in tests where a “file from your computer” is needed to be uploaded/browse (for example, when uploading a file from your device to use as a profile picture).

This for me would serve the same purpose as the Components section, but instead for files to be used to upload things in tests. It would also be useful to view in which tests each file is being used, and easily update the file to a different one, so it applies to all the tests in bulk.
