Built-in dynamic variables with configuration (like time, dates, etc.)

Sometimes, it is necessary to use dynamic parameters such as date calendars or time in tests. Currently, these scenarios can be handled using custom JavaScript variables or steps, but it would be great if built-in variables like '{{date}}' could be used with some extra UI configuration and parameterization.
