BugBug UI - Improve the checkbox selection by allowing multiple selection

Current bugbug checkboxes can only be selected one by one. It can be painful if you want to deactivate/activate a bunch of test steps.

The idea is to be able to select a range of checkboxes by holding the SHIFT key

It's a common functionality used by Outlook, Gmail, etc.
