Add description/notes to Components

Please consider adding visible notes or descriptions to components, both in Components tab and when selecting the component to insert when composing a test case.

Often components have similar names and functionalities, and using a naming premise for them can only get you so far; with large enough volume and variations of them it becomes troublesome to find the specific component one might want to use inside a test.

Having a note, similar to how notes function for steps, would allow for better clarity and easier management.
