Add a way to create a folder in tests page
As you create more tests it would be harder to filter and organize the scripts, would be nice if we can create a folder inside to organize it.

A nice feature would be the ability to group tests in the same way test steps can be grouped and the group named, expanded and collapsed. So, allow tests to be grouped, the ground named, and the individual tests expanded or collapsed in a similar fashion.
A step further would be to allow a test to appear in more than one group, but I guess that’s then crossing over into Suites.
Or maybe tests could be tagged and have more than one tag, and then viewed by tab with tabs expanded and collapsed? That would do 2-in-1 - grouping and allowing one test to be seen under more than one topic/slice (tag)

@Rav Banaag Indeed, we see this need. We are in the process of prototyping the solution. Here is the latest version of what we plan to build:
We plan to:
add an option to create a nested folder hierarchy
keep a separate view, "All tests", for a quick overview of what you have in the whole project without going to the folders
add some basic filters

Unfortunately not :(
This functionality is complex, and therefore, the implementation cost is very high (about 3 months of development). We focused on extending BugBug capabilities, such as support for inserting the same component multiple times, further support for if-else operations, and further support for shadowDOM. The grouping of tests is a nice-to-have from the product point of view, as it is possible to create tests without it, it is just that maintaining them is less fun. We will probably look into this topic later. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated ETA for today.

Putting LLM ± polititcs aside, add-folder-structure to must-work-as-before sounds like a good LLM teritorry. Fingers crossed.

Looks good Pawel. my take is that the folders can be seen to represent Epics and the cases inside each folders are the User stories. We would link these tests to our structure in Confluence so that it's easy to track what goes where. Make sure it's easy to move a case from one folder to another and that the tree depth at least 5 levels. One thing that would be nice is that under where I see "CompanyAdmin / Management" we could insert some description that in our case could be used to paste a link to the corresponding section on our confluence site. But that can come in next version ;)

@informa-jojo thank you for your insights! I like the idea of Epics and User stories. Yes, we plan to have five levels in the tree. An extra description for folders makes perfect sense. Thanks!

There is no ETA, unfortunately. We've discussed this topic a lot, and it's a very complicated and time-consuming ticket. Also, based on the top feature requests, this is not the priority.
