Ability to leave comments for test results

It would be useful to be able to leave comments either per test execution or per step.

For example, if I check a failed test execution in the Runs History section, I would like to leave a comment for that specific failed step with more details, so that my team colleagues can view it as well.

Extra kudos: if it would be possible to have a full thread with multiple comments, similar to google sheet comments section.
