Ability to intercept HTTP responses (and also store data from them)

Example use case from user:

• We have payment gateways integrated in our system and when order is placed from UI, order id is generated by system and provided in response. That order id I would like to use later in test for evaluation.

• We want to intercept the value from the API to validate raw data instead of checking the table on the UI.

• We want to intercept that the request happened, but without making a real action (test deleting objects that could ruin the database state).
