SMS Feature

Similar to the bugbug email/inbox feature, I would love to have a randomly generated SMS number that I can use to test our notifications. Having an SMS inbox where I can verify that the message is correct & even send replies like STOP or YES to verify other functionality would be a chef's kiss. I would also be okay with having a "dedicated" sms number instead of a new and random one. Maybe give us one per account with the ability to add more as add-ons.
